By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, subscribing to, or using WZNEE, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the App and must stop using it immediately.
These Terms apply to all users of WZNEE, including free users, trial users, paid subscribers, visitors, account holders, and users who access the App through the Apple App Store, Google Play, any authorised app store, or any other approved access method.
WZNEE is owned and operated by Awzan Brokerage Services L.L.C – S.P.C., a company incorporated and licensed in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, under Trade Licence No. CN-6288190, with its registered address in Abu Dhabi and official contact email at ask@wznee.ae.
References to “WZNEE”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the legal entity identified above. References to “you” or “user” mean any person who accesses, registers for, subscribes to, or uses the App or Services.
WZNEE is a digital general wellness, fitness, and lifestyle tracking application designed to help users track their daily habits, including nutrition, physical activity, water intake, weight, measurements, and general wellness and fitness-related indicators.
WZNEE is operated in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates, while respecting any mandatory rights users may have under applicable local laws in their own countries.
In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:
“App” means the WZNEE mobile application, website, platform, software, interfaces, tools, and related digital services made available by WZNEE.
“Services” means the features and services provided through the App, including tracking tools, subscription features, notifications, content, calculations, reminders, dashboards, general wellness outputs, and any other functionality made available by WZNEE from time to time.
“Content” means any text, information, calculations, meal suggestions, workout suggestions, calorie estimates, body measurements, indicators, notifications, AI-supported outputs, images, graphics, software, data, or other material displayed, generated, uploaded, or made available through the App.
“Privacy Policy” means WZNEE’s privacy policy available through the Privacy Policy page within the App and on the official website, as amended from time to time, which explains how WZNEE collects, uses, stores, shares, transfers, protects, and deletes personal data.
WZNEE may add, remove, modify, suspend, replace, or improve any feature of the Services from time to time, provided that material changes affecting paid subscriptions or mandatory consumer rights are handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
By using the App, creating an account, activating a free trial, purchasing a subscription, or continuing to access the Services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is a separate and binding document and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where a matter relates specifically to the collection, processing, storage, transfer, disclosure, retention, or deletion of personal data, the Privacy Policy shall apply, unless these Terms provide stronger protection to the user.
If you access the App through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorised app store, your use of the App may also be subject to the terms, rules, and policies of that app store to the extent applicable.
By using WZNEE or creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years old, or, if you are under eighteen (18), that you are using the App only with the express consent and supervision of your parent or legal guardian.
If the user is under eighteen (18) years of age, registration and use of the App must take place with the express consent of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or legal guardian confirms that they have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy and consent to the minor’s use of the App and to the processing of the minor’s personal, health, fitness, body-related, and lifestyle data.
WZNEE may require verifiable parental or guardian consent before allowing registration or continued use by a minor. WZNEE may request evidence of such consent at any time and may suspend or delete the account if adequate consent is not provided.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for supervising the minor’s use of the App, ensuring the accuracy of information provided, reviewing any information or recommendations displayed within the App, and ensuring that such information is not relied upon as a substitute for professional medical, nutrition, health, or fitness advice.
If WZNEE becomes aware that a user under eighteen (18) is using the App without the required parental or guardian consent or supervision, WZNEE may suspend or terminate the account and delete or anonymise the associated data in accordance with applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating an account, subscribing to the Services, or using the App.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including your username, password, verification codes, device access, and any authentication method used to access your account.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether carried out by you or by any person using your login credentials, except to the extent caused by WZNEE’s fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of applicable law, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
You must promptly notify WZNEE if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, unauthorised use of the Services, security breach, payment abuse, or loss of access credentials.
WZNEE may require identity, account, payment, or security verification before processing certain requests, including account recovery, refund review, data access, data deletion, or changes to account ownership.
WZNEE may offer monthly, annual, or other subscription plans as displayed within the App, on the subscription page, in the relevant app store, or in the payment flow at the time of purchase.
Before any subscription purchase or free trial activation, WZNEE will endeavour to display the applicable subscription price, billing period, trial period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and any material refund limitations in a clear and reasonably prominent manner within the App, subscription page, relevant app store, or payment flow, as applicable.
A free trial of seven (7) days, or any other period displayed within the App or applicable app store, may be offered. To activate the free trial, you may be required to create an account, accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and enter valid payment information.
If you activate a free trial and do not cancel before the end of the trial period, the free trial will automatically convert into a paid auto-renewing subscription, and the applicable subscription fee will be charged to your selected payment method, unless the relevant app store or payment provider confirms otherwise.
By entering payment details or confirming a purchase, you authorise WZNEE, the relevant app store, or an approved payment provider to charge the applicable fees, taxes, and renewal charges according to your selected subscription plan and payment method.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers or app stores, including the Apple App Store or Google Play, depending on the subscription method. WZNEE does not store your full payment card details unless expressly stated and lawfully permitted.
Some purchases or subscriptions may be subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant app store or payment provider. Where a subscription is purchased through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another authorised app store, billing, renewal, cancellation, tax, and certain refund matters may be managed by that app store in accordance with its applicable rules.
WZNEE will not represent that it can directly cancel, refund, reverse, or modify an app-store subscription where the relevant app store controls that process.
Prices may change from time to time. WZNEE will notify users of material pricing changes within a reasonable period before they take effect where required by applicable law or the relevant app store process.
Unless cancelled before the applicable renewal date, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period according to the selected subscription plan and payment method.
You acknowledge and agree that renewal charges may be applied automatically to your registered payment method through WZNEE, the relevant app store, or the applicable payment provider, depending on how the subscription was purchased.
You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue or do not wish to be charged for the next billing period.
Where required by applicable law or available through the relevant payment system, WZNEE, the payment provider, or the app store may send a renewal reminder, pricing notice, or subscription management notice before a renewal charge or pricing change is applied.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings within the App, through the relevant app store, or through the payment provider used for the subscription, depending on the method by which the subscription was purchased.
Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the then-current billing period, unless applicable law, the relevant app store rules, or the payment provider’s terms provide otherwise.
All payments and subscriptions are subject to the cancellation and refund policy displayed within the App, on the subscription page, in the relevant app store, or in the payment flow at the time of purchase.
A user may request a refund review within fourteen (14) days from the date of the initial purchase, provided that the Services have not been substantially used or materially accessed, and subject to applicable law and the rules of the relevant app store or payment provider.
For refund review purposes, “substantial use” may include repeated access to premium features, generation of personalised plans, use of paid tracking tools, extensive use of subscription benefits, or other material use of paid features.
Refund requests will be assessed fairly and in good faith based on the nature of use, subscription type, reason for the request, payment method, app store or payment provider rules, technical issues, incorrect charges, and applicable law.
Refunds are generally not provided for partially used subscription periods, unused time remaining in a billing period, or subscriptions cancelled after the start of a new billing cycle, unless required by applicable law, the relevant app store rules, the payment provider’s terms, or where there has been a technical error or incorrect charge.
Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer rights available to users under applicable consumer protection laws.
To request a refund review or inquire about payments, please contact WZNEE using the official contact details set out in these Terms, unless the relevant app store or payment provider requires the request to be submitted directly through its own process.
Critical Notice: Read carefully before using the App.
WZNEE does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, professional nutritional counselling, medical consultation, therapeutic services, clinical monitoring, or healthcare services.
All Content, calculations, meal suggestions, workout suggestions, calorie tracking, body measurements, health indicators, alerts, automated outputs, AI-supported outputs, or recommendations provided through the App are for general informational, wellness, fitness, and lifestyle tracking purposes only. They do not constitute medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, clinical, or professional dietary advice.
WZNEE is not a substitute for a physician, healthcare provider, licensed dietitian, nutritionist, therapist, trainer, or other qualified professional. You should always consult an appropriately qualified professional before starting any diet, exercise programme, significant change in eating habits, use of supplements, vitamins, medication, or any health-related plan.
This is especially important if you have, suspect that you have, or are at risk of any medical condition, chronic illness, injury, pregnancy-related condition, eating disorder, diabetes, cardiovascular condition, severe obesity, underweight condition, mental health condition, or any condition requiring professional supervision.
If you experience unusual symptoms, pain, dizziness, fainting, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, allergic reaction, psychological distress, or any adverse health effect while using the App or following any information displayed in it, you must stop immediately and seek professional medical advice.
The information provided in the App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, monitor, manage, or prevent any disease, disorder, injury, medical condition, or health condition.
WZNEE is a general wellness, fitness, and lifestyle application. It is not a medical device and has not been approved, registered, cleared, or authorised as a medical device by the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, the Emirates Drug Establishment, the Department of Health – Abu Dhabi, the Dubai Health Authority, or any other health regulatory authority.
You must not use the App for medical emergencies or urgent situations. If you are experiencing a medical emergency or serious symptoms, you must immediately contact the local emergency number in your country or seek assistance from the nearest emergency medical service provider or hospital.
You must not rely on the App to communicate with doctors or healthcare providers in urgent situations, and you must not use it to make emergency medical decisions.
By using WZNEE, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for your health, safety, wellbeing, and all decisions related to diet, exercise, hydration, weight, measurements, supplements, medications, and lifestyle.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and currency of any information or data you enter into the App, including age, gender, height, weight, measurements, goals, health-related information, activity levels, dietary information, and lifestyle habits.
You are responsible for reviewing any Content displayed to you before relying on it or applying it. WZNEE does not guarantee that any Content will be suitable for your personal circumstances, medical condition, body type, fitness level, dietary restrictions, allergies, religious requirements, cultural preferences, or health goals.
WZNEE does not guarantee any specific health, fitness, weight loss, weight gain, muscle gain, body composition, performance improvement, medical, psychological, or lifestyle result.
Any results you may achieve depend on multiple factors, including your personal consistency, health condition, lifestyle, biological factors, professional supervision, and the quality and accuracy of data you provide.
You agree not to use the App in any way that may endanger your health or safety, and to stop using it and seek medical advice if you are aware of any condition that makes use of the App inappropriate or potentially unsafe.
You must not use WZNEE as your primary source of guidance if you require medical, nutritional, psychological, therapeutic, clinical, or professional supervision.
WZNEE collects and processes certain personal data necessary to provide, secure, operate, personalise, maintain, and improve the Services. This may include name, email address, age, gender, height, weight, measurements, goals, dietary habits, physical activity, water intake, sleep information, device information, usage data, payment-related identifiers, support communications, and any other data provided by the user within the App.
WZNEE handles personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. WZNEE shall not collect or process personal data beyond what is reasonably necessary for the purposes disclosed to the user, unless otherwise permitted by applicable law.
WZNEE complies, where applicable, with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and any other applicable data protection, privacy, consumer protection, e-commerce, app store, or regulatory requirements.
WZNEE will not sell your personal health, fitness, body-related, or lifestyle data to third parties for advertising purposes.
Depending on the circumstances and subject to applicable law, you may have the right to be informed about the types of personal data processed and the purposes of processing; request access, correction, updating, deletion, restriction or cessation of processing; request portability where technically feasible and legally applicable; withdraw consent; object to certain processing where applicable; and submit a complaint to the competent authority where available.
WZNEE processes personal data based on one or more lawful grounds, which may include your consent, explicit consent for health, fitness, body-related, or sensitive data where required, performance of the contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, protection of legal rights, fraud prevention, security, service improvement, and other grounds permitted by applicable law.
Where required by applicable law, WZNEE will obtain separate, explicit, informed, and freely given consent before processing health, fitness, body-related, or other sensitive personal data. Such consent may be collected through a clear affirmative action, including an in-app checkbox, toggle, or consent confirmation.
WZNEE will maintain appropriate records of consent where required and allow users to withdraw consent through account settings, by deleting the account, or by contacting WZNEE. Withdrawal of consent may disable certain features or prevent the use of services that depend on such data.
WZNEE retains personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Services, fulfil the purposes described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy, comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce rights, and maintain security.
Upon deletion of your account, WZNEE will delete or anonymise your personal data within a reasonable period not exceeding thirty (30) days from the date of the deletion request, unless retention of certain data is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, prevent fraud, comply with accounting, tax, audit, security, or regulatory requirements, or resolve disputes.
WZNEE may transfer, store, or process personal data outside the United Arab Emirates, including through hosting providers, analytics providers, customer support tools, cloud infrastructure providers, app stores, payment processors, technical service providers, or other processors. Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, WZNEE will use appropriate contractual, organisational, and technical safeguards where required by applicable law.
WZNEE implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, damage, alteration, disclosure, or unlawful processing. These measures may include encryption, access controls, secure storage, system monitoring, restricted access, staff or provider controls, testing, and periodic updates to security procedures.
You acknowledge that no electronic system, app, network, or online service can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
In the event of a personal data breach that may result in a risk to your privacy or rights, WZNEE will take appropriate steps to investigate the breach and reduce its impact. Where required by applicable law, WZNEE will notify affected users and competent authorities in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
WZNEE may allow users to connect the App with third-party services, devices, or applications, such as Apple Health, Google Fit, smartwatches, activity trackers, smart scales, or other digital services. When you connect such services, certain data may be exchanged between WZNEE and those third parties according to the permissions you grant and settings you choose.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms of use and privacy policies, and WZNEE is not responsible for their privacy, security, data processing, content, availability, or practices.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the laws of the United Arab Emirates or any other applicable laws.
You agree not to hack, disrupt, damage, overload, interfere with, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, bypass security measures, or exploit any part of the App or Services in an unauthorised manner.
You agree not to scrape, harvest, copy, download, extract, or systematically collect data from the Services, or use bots, crawlers, scripts, automation tools, or similar technologies to access the Services without WZNEE’s prior written consent.
You agree not to impersonate any person or entity, misrepresent your identity, provide false or misleading information, create multiple accounts to misuse free trials or promotions, or engage in payment abuse, refund abuse, fraudulent conduct, or unauthorised commercial use.
You agree not to upload, submit, transmit, generate, request, or distribute malicious code, viruses, harmful content, abusive content, unlawful material, misleading health content, medically unsafe content, or content that infringes the rights of any third party.
You must not use WZNEE to provide medical, nutrition, fitness, therapeutic, clinical, or professional services to third parties unless expressly authorised in writing by WZNEE and legally permitted.
WZNEE may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate this clause or use the App in a manner that harms, or may harm, WZNEE, the Services, other users, third parties, security, legal compliance, or public trust.
All Content, trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, algorithms, software, source code, object code, databases, systems, interfaces, workflows, documentation, graphics, know-how, business methods, and materials associated with WZNEE are owned by WZNEE or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, WZNEE grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to access and use the App and Services for your personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not copy, modify, translate, adapt, distribute, sell, rent, lease, lend, publish, republish, sublicense, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the App, Services, or Content without WZNEE’s prior written consent, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
These Terms do not transfer to you any ownership rights in the App, Services, Content, trademarks, software, technology, or any intellectual property rights associated with WZNEE.
You retain ownership of the information, content, images, measurements, logs, notes, preferences, and data that you submit to the App, subject to WZNEE’s rights to process such material in accordance with these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
You grant WZNEE a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, display, transmit, analyse, use, and technically modify such user content solely for the purposes of operating, providing, securing, personalising, supporting, and improving the Services, complying with law, preventing fraud, and enforcing these Terms, subject to the Privacy Policy.
If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, improvement requests, or recommendations relating to WZNEE, you agree that WZNEE may use them without restriction or compensation, provided that WZNEE does not use your personal data except in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
WZNEE may remove, restrict, or disable access to user content where it reasonably believes that such content violates these Terms, infringes third-party rights, creates security or legal risk, or is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or medically unsafe.
WZNEE aims to make the Services available in a reliable manner but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always-available access. The Services may be interrupted, delayed, limited, suspended, or modified due to maintenance, updates, technical faults, cyber incidents, third-party failures, legal requirements, or events beyond WZNEE’s reasonable control.
Some Content may be generated automatically or with the support of artificial intelligence, algorithms, third-party databases, or user-provided data. Such Content may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, unsuitable, or affected by incorrect user input. You must independently review and verify any Content before relying on it.
WZNEE may correct errors, update Content, modify features, improve calculations, or change how outputs are generated at any time, provided that material changes affecting paid subscriptions or mandatory consumer rights are handled in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, and except for liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, WZNEE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the App or Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WZNEE shall not be liable for losses arising from inaccurate user input, reliance on general wellness information, inaccurate calculations, unsuitable recommendations, service interruptions, third-party services, device failures, app store or payment provider issues, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or loss of data, except to the extent caused by WZNEE’s fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of applicable law, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WZNEE’s aggregate liability to you arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to WZNEE for the Services during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or AED 207, whichever is higher, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by WZNEE where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, or any mandatory consumer rights.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you acknowledge that your use of WZNEE is at your own responsibility and that WZNEE is not responsible for health, dietary, fitness, lifestyle, supplement, or medication decisions you make based on general information displayed through the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WZNEE, its owners, directors, officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates against direct losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, claims, and reasonable legal costs arising from your fraud, wilful misconduct, unlawful use of the App, material breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or misuse of the Services, provided that such losses are directly caused by your act or omission and to the extent permitted by applicable law.
This indemnity does not apply to losses or damages caused by WZNEE’s fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, breach of applicable law, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
WZNEE may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if you breach these Terms, provide false or misleading information, fail to pay applicable fees, misuse free trials or promotions, engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct, infringe third-party rights, compromise or attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the App, or use the App in a way that may expose WZNEE, users, or third parties to legal, security, financial, or reputational risk.
Where reasonably practicable, WZNEE will provide notice of suspension or termination and the reason for it. WZNEE may suspend access immediately without prior notice where it reasonably believes that the user has committed fraud, unlawful conduct, security abuse, payment abuse, serious breach, or conduct that may harm WZNEE, users, third parties, or legal compliance.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, and your data may be deleted or anonymised in accordance with these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Any refund following termination shall be handled in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, and the relevant app store or payment provider rules.
You may terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting WZNEE using the official contact details set out in these Terms or the Privacy Policy.
WZNEE may modify these Terms from time to time to reflect service developments, operational requirements, legal or regulatory changes, security needs, app store requirements, or changes to the Services.
WZNEE will notify users of material changes through an in-app notice, email, or other appropriate method within a reasonable period before the changes take effect where required or appropriate.
Where a change materially affects paid subscription terms, user rights, privacy matters, or material limitations of liability, WZNEE will provide reasonable prior notice where required by applicable law. If you do not agree to the material change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Pricing changes for app store subscriptions shall be handled through the relevant app store process where applicable.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires a different form of acceptance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any mandatory rights that you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Any provision that is invalid or unenforceable against a consumer under applicable law shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable.
WZNEE will endeavour to present material information about the Services, subscriptions, prices, billing cycles, trial conversion, cancellation methods, and refund policies clearly within the App, subscription page, app store, or payment flow, as applicable.
If you use the Services from outside the UAE, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App is permitted in the country or territory from which you access it, while retaining any mandatory rights granted to you under applicable local law.
WZNEE may restrict, suspend, or modify Services in any jurisdiction where continued operation may create legal, regulatory, licensing, sanctions, consumer protection, data protection, health regulatory, or app store compliance risk.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of WZNEE shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the onshore laws of the United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
For the avoidance of doubt, the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre and Abu Dhabi Global Market shall not apply unless expressly stated in writing by WZNEE and accepted by the user.
In the event of any dispute relating to these Terms or the use of the App, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably and in good faith through direct communication for a period of thirty (30) days from the date one party notifies the other of the dispute.
If the dispute is not resolved amicably within that period, the parties may attempt mediation through a recognised mediation centre in the UAE if both parties agree.
If the dispute is not resolved through negotiation or agreed mediation, the dispute shall be referred to the competent onshore courts of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable mandatory law requires another forum.
Nothing in this clause prevents any user from exercising mandatory legal rights or filing a complaint with any competent regulatory, data protection, consumer protection, app store, payment provider, or governmental authority.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted, limited, modified, or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
WZNEE’s failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or remedy under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right, power, or remedy. Any waiver must be express and in writing to be effective.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms displayed within the App or applicable to specific features, constitute the entire agreement between you and WZNEE concerning your use of the App and Services and supersede any prior understandings relating to the same subject matter.
These Terms may be made available in Arabic and English. Both language versions are intended to reflect the same legal meaning as far as possible.
In the event of any inconsistency, discrepancy, ambiguity, or conflict between the Arabic and English versions, the Arabic version shall prevail, unless WZNEE expressly designates another version as prevailing before the user accepts these Terms and such designation is permitted by applicable law.
Headings are inserted for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa, where the context permits.

WZNEE may also provide additional contact, helpdesk, support, or complaint channels within the App or on its official website.
WZNEE aims to respond to inquiries within three (3) business days from receipt, taking into account the nature of the request and any relevant legal, technical, operational, or verification requirements. This response period is an operational target and does not limit any mandatory period required by applicable law.
Notices sent by WZNEE may be provided through the App, email, push notification, account notice, website notice, or any other reasonable method permitted by applicable law.
By downloading, installing, registering for, accessing, subscribing to, or continuing to use WZNEE, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy and that you agree to comply with them.
If you do not agree to these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you must not use the App and must cancel any subscription in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.
